Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) No. 147 / PMK.03 / 2017 In Chapter 1, Article 1 No.22 defines a virtual office and co-working space is an office that has a physical room and is equipped with office support services provided by the virtual office manager to be used as a place of domicile, a place of business activity, or correspondence jointly by 2 (two) or more entrepreneurs who use the office in the form of payment in any form, excluding building rental services and serviced office services.
